# Terms of Use

#### 1. General Provisions

By adding the bot to your server, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age required by Discord (generally 13 years old), and you agree to the following:

* Not to use the bot to commit illegal acts or violate Discord's rules. **Violation results in a permanent ban.**
* Not to attempt DDoS attacks or hacking of the bot. **Violation results in a permanent ban.**
* Not to publish pornographic, shocking, or other content through the bot that violates Discord's rules. **Violation results in a temporary ban.**
* You agree to receive notifications from the bot in your direct messages and on your server.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use in accordance with Discord's policies.

#### 2. Security

We guarantee that the bot's AI features do not have access to manage your server.

In the event of a raid, spam, or flood involving the bot, compensation is provided:

* **For citizens of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Tajikistan, and Armenia** — a cash payment of 50 to 500 rubles, depending on the circumstances.
* **For citizens of other countries** — compensation to a Steam wallet or Roblox account.
* You have the right to decline compensation.

**Important:** payment is made solely at the administration's discretion and only to servers with 50 or more members. Incidents deliberately provoked by you are classified as fraud and will not be considered.

#### 3. Payment

* Paid features are available to citizens of the Russian Federation.
* Funds are charged automatically, without manual confirmation.
* Attempting to bypass the payment system results in a block on access to payments.
* A payment receipt is sent to your direct messages.
* Refunds are only possible if a confirmed technical error occurred during payment.

#### 4. Sanctions

The administration reserves the right to apply sanctions for violating RBot's rules or at its own discretion. You may dispute a decision by contacting support. We will always notify you of the reason for any restrictions imposed.

#### 5. AIStore

AIStore lets you add your own AI assistant to the shared store without any programming skills.

An AI may be removed from the store in the following cases:

* Violation of RBot's rules, Discord's rules, or the law.
* No use for 30 days (no server has connected your AI).

#### 6. Responsibility for Actions

All actions performed using the bot are your own. You are responsible for them, including with respect to compliance with Discord's rules.
