# Offer

#### 1. Subject of the Offer

The RBot administration offers any individual the opportunity to enter into an agreement for access to the bot's paid features (subscription) under the terms of this Offer.

The current list of paid features and their prices are published in the bot's interface and on the official support server.

#### 2. Acceptance and Payment

The Offer is considered accepted at the moment payment is made through the payment tools integrated into the bot or provided by the Administration.

Payment is made in Russian rubles at 100% prepayment.

#### 3. Subscription Terms

Paid features are activated automatically immediately after the payment system confirms the transaction.

If auto-renewal was selected at checkout, the subscription renews automatically. It can be disabled at any time.

#### 4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued for an already activated digital service — in accordance with Article 32 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

If a technical failure prevents the use of features for more than 24 hours, the Administration may provide compensation in the form of an extended subscription period.

#### 5. Other Terms

The Administration reserves the right to amend the terms of the Offer; changes take effect upon publication.

Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached — through the courts at the Administration's location, in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
