# Privacy Policy

#### 1. Data Collection

We only collect the data necessary for the bot to function:

* **A. Public information** — username, ID, avatar, and other publicly available data.
* **B. Correspondence with the bot** — used solely to check compliance with the rules.
* **C. User actions** — recorded to ensure the service functions properly.

#### 2. Data Security

RBot's database is protected against SQL injection and other vulnerabilities. Personal data is stored in encrypted form; the encryption key is held only by the project owner. We work daily to ensure the confidentiality of your information.

#### 3. Viewing and Changing Data

You can request or correct your data at any time by contacting MiniStudio support (the "Information" section). We welcome such requests and are always ready to provide information about what data about you is stored.

#### 4. Payment Data

When paying via YuMoney, we may receive your name, the first letter of your surname, and your wallet ID. This data is stored exclusively within the YuMoney system and is not transferred to Discord or Telegram.

#### 5. Legal Compliance

We comply with applicable personal data protection regulations, including:

* **GDPR** — for users from the European Union;
* **CCPA** — for users from the state of California (USA);
* **Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data"** — for users within Russia.

We guarantee transparency in data processing and provide users with the right to access, correct, and delete their information.

#### 6. Data Retention Periods

Data from items 1B and 1C is stored for no more than **90 days**. You can contact support at any time to request deletion. All data is also automatically deleted if your account is deleted or banned.

#### 7. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

Public data from item 1A may be transferred to third parties. The remaining data (items 1B and 1C) is used exclusively for analytical purposes within our team and is not shared with anyone.
