# Configuring Verification

To add verification, enter the /admin\_panel command. Find the "Auto-Verification Settings" item and find the "Open Menu" button. Click it

Then follow the instructions in that section

After adding it, the buttons should change

This feature won't work unless the bot's top role is higher than all the specified roles, or if the bot lacks these permissions: `Manage Roles`, `Manage Channels`, `Send Messages`, `Read Message History`
