Open settings and find "Language & Time". In the widget that opens, you'll see a language selection. The AI will chat in whichever language is set in your Discord client. Other features will only be available in Russian and English
Command descriptions also depend on this language, and are likewise only available in Russian and English

But if you want, say, your interface to be in Russian while RBot displays all commands in English, you can do this via the /language command. Enter the command and select the language you want
After setting it, you'll see this
